As an ex-real estate agent myself, I can testify as to Michael's strong grasp of the real estate business, as well as his sensitivity to his client's concerns.  My wife and I were particularly impressed with two of his personal traits:  his quickness and his skill and toughness as a negotiator on our behalf.

Michael knows that good properties do not stay on the market very long.  For us, he checked all the new listings each morning and was on the phone to us immediately whenever anything of interest came up.  As a negotiator, I have to say that I was impressed with his polite tenacity.  At one point - to be quite honest - we were prepared to pay more.  In the end, we paid less and are grateful to him for holding the line and really looking out for our best interests.
