My business principle is simple:  "Do unto others as if I were the others.  Always treat people the way I would like to be treated."  This is also called The Empathy Principle.

What this means in a practical way, is that when I am selling your home, I work as if I am selling my own home.  I will help you realize the best possible price for your home that the market can offer, help you negotiate for the best terms and the best dates, in the shortest possible time, with the least inconvenience.  I handle all showings of your home with utmost care.   I handle everything that is entrusted to me by you with the highest degree of care and dependability.  When I am helping you in buying a home, I make the best effort to pursue it as if I am looking to buy my own home.  Whatever is important to you will be important to me.  I will help you find the best home in your price range--even in a tight market--help you negotiate for the best price, in the shortest possible time, with the least inconvenience.  

This Empathy Principle is what I live by every single day.  It is also how I do business.  It's so simple and yet so powerful that this and other biblical principles have transformed my life, my marriage, my friendships, and my real estate business.

It's not just because of my educational, professional achievements, and experiences that make people want to choose me to be their real estate agent.  It is true that I am a RE/MAX Registered Relocation Specialist (RRS), and a consistent RE/MAX Performance Awardee, such as RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Platinum Club, & RE/MAX 100% Club.    I have a Masters of Business Administration degree from one of the best universities in the world.  I have had many successful years working in corporate business management and marketing management.  These are all important components for success.  However, the single most important factor that contributes to a successful business is the character of a person.  I believe people choose me as their Realtor of Choice because of who I am.  They decide to hire me as their real estate agent based on who I am as a person (i.e character), and not just for what I know and what I can do (i.e competence and skill set).  Character is foremost.  Competence is secondary.  Competence and skills can be easily acquired.  The value system of a person determines the decisions that he makes.  The decisions that he makes determine his habits.  Habits form character.  And character determines the outcome of a person's life.  I live by noble principles stemming from rock-solid value system.  I exercise good stewardship.  I have proven myself over and over again to be reliable and trustworthy over the years, so that my clients do not hesitate to entrust me with the responsibility of selling one of their greatest assets in life--which is their home, and/or they do not hesitate to entrust me with the serious responsibility of finding the right home for them.

Over 15 years in the real estate business, and over 26 years of marketing and management experiences, this is what I've been described as--The Realtor That Friends Recommend to Friends.  True friends will only want the best for their friends.

Traditionally, realtors have spent a large part of their energy, time, and money searching for new business by advertising and soliciting the general public.  In contrast, my focus is on listening, understanding, and fulfilling my clients' needs.  I devote almost 100% of my energy and resources to helping people, and seldom in looking for people to help.  I also invest a large amount of time and resources on continuing education, professional and personal development, in order to maintain and enhance the value and the quality of service that I provide for my clients.

Majority of my real estate business now comes from referrals and repeat business from friends, other real estate agents, and satisfied clients.  I am only successful when my clients are happy.  And when they are happy with me, they endorse and recommend me to their friends, family, and co-workers.
